As the Lead Product Designer, I had the privilege of crafting a user experience that is as intuitive as it is elegant. From the ground up, I architected a dashboard and landing page that address the unique needs of creators and managers alike, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and secure.

The task was to strike a delicate balance: a platform rich in features yet uncluttered in design, promoting easy content discovery while avoiding information overload. We were committed to designing an experience that upheld the privacy and independence of our users, all while delivering clear financial insights.
Outcome
Our collective efforts and strategic design choices translated into a thriving platform. The new SplitCash experience saw a significant uptick in user engagement—with a noticeable increase in average split size per user, all within the first few months post-launch.
